Mira Costa Softball, led by head Coach Mike Mora and assistant coaches Annika Seedborg and Scott Collins  is a competitive organization focused on developing strong players and great leaders.

We take pride in promoting a positive, supportive team environment that creates lifelong memories and friendships.

The Mustangs are looking forward to the upcoming season, planning to expand on their successes from last season when the Varsity team had its best record since 2017, qualified for CIF with a strong showing against tough competition through the quarter finals. The JV team finished the season with an impressive record.

The coaches are excited about the 2026-2027 team with several returning top players with a deep talented bench, last season’s JV team, and a solid group of new freshman players.

Players will continue to develop their softball skills, grow as a teammate, and be part of the Mira Costa softball family.

Softball is a spring sport and a cut sport with games scheduled from early February through May with CIF playoffs for Varsity into June.
